About TIA Services

John Tracy - johntracy@tiaservices.com - I began my insurance career in 1992. I shop the best rates with our top notch companies to match your insurance needs. I am a resident of Dublin and a member of the Dublin Chamber of Commerce. I am active in the Dublin Soccer League as a coach, referee and volunteer.I respect the trust my clients have granted me to protect their assets. I honor each client relationship with dependable service and at the most critical time during a claim.

Matt Milnor - mattmilnor@tiaservices.com - I began my insurance career in 2002. I'm licensed in Property/Casualty, Life & Health, and Long Term Care. My favorite part of the insurance business is meeting new people and the relationships formed as time passes and their needs evolve. It's great to advise clients as to how best protect them, and tailor an insurance package to meet their needs. I reside in Worthington and stay active in the community coaching soccer and networking with the Worthington and Dublin Chambers of Commerce. When not at the office I enjoy working out, golfing, skiing, playing soccer, attending Ohio State, Blue Jackets, Columbus Crew games, and spending time with family.

Eric Rine - eric@buckeyebenefits.com - Eric started his career in January 1998 with Trustmark Insurance in Chicago, Illinois. After four years learning employee benefits and health insurance from the inside out, he landed a position with ESP (now Talus) Brokerage in Cleveland, Ohio. ESP was the largest General Agent in the state of Ohio at that time. Two years later, he found himself living his dream of being an independent agent, and he's never looked back.

His strategic partnerships with other local business owners puts his customers in the fortunate position to find excellent service and value in all of their endeavors. Having served in the Air Force since 1990 (and presently serving in the Air Force Reserves), Eric believes that integrity and hard work are the things that drive successful companies. His experience with the Air Force Honor Guard has taught him that good things can last forever if each generation teaches the next.

In addition to insurance sales and military duty, Eric enjoys playing music with his band Blood, Sweat & Beers (www.bsbrocks.com). He coached CYC Little League baseball for five years, and presently serves on the board of Fast Forward Therapy, a Columbus based non-profit devoted to help autistic children and their families.

He is also a member of AmSpirit and GETDOT, local professional organizations, and is active with three local Chambers of Commerce, including Upper Arlington, Dublin and Gahanna. Eric is devoted to supporting local business and is an active proponent of the 3/50 project.

Melissa Green - melissa@tiaservices.com - I reside in Utica with husband Jack and three kids Makayla, Hunter and Rylee. Originally from Athens, Ohio, I graduated from Hocking College in 1998 with a degree in Business Management. After graduation I moved to the Columbus area. I enjoy spending time with family & friends, working out, cooking, gardening, playing paintball, the outdoors, and meeting new people.

I am licensed with the State of Ohio in Property & Casualty and Life & Health. I decided to become an independent agent in 2008 and joined TIA Services in May of 2009.

Karen DeStephen - karendestephen@tiaservices.com - I came to work for TIA Services in 2005. I maintain my license in Property and Casualty and write business along with providing service to all clients. I manage the daily operations of the agency and provide our clients with a positive experience when contacting our agency for their insurance needs.

I focus on the importance of building long term relationships with our clients and providing them with our best insurance options to meet their individual needs. I want our clients to feel "at home" when talking with any of our agents and feel confident that their needs are being met just as if they were being helped by their own agent. We pride ourselves on customer satisfaction.

I moved to Dublin with my husband and two sons from Upstate N.Y. in 1994. While my two sons attended Dublin schools I was active in school groups, functions and activities. I have been involved with various civic organizations. My degree is in Business/Retail. I have been active in organizing fund raisers for various groups and charities, and enjoyed being involved with these groups when living in N.Y. also. I enjoy traveling and spending time with family and friends.

Erik Feinstein - erikfeinstein@tiaservices.com - I began my insurance career in December of 2007. I enjoy helping families review their insurance needs and provide solutions that best protect them in their time of need. I'm active in the Central Ohio Soccer community as head coach of Canal Winchester's High School team and The Worthington Crew Juniors. When soccer ends and the snow falls, I like to travel and hit the slopes at great skiing destinations all over the United States.
